Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size. If there is no item available for exchange you can opt for any other items available with us which is equivalent to the purchase price.

  • SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.

  • Customer will have to ship the parcel to us based on the instructions provided.

  • Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.

  • Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

 

Exchange / Return for International Orders

  • No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.

Return & Refund Policy

Please choose thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.

If you wish to return an item, you may opt for an exchange only.

  • Items can be exchanged for another product of equivalent value to the original purchase.

  • If the new item selected is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

  • If the new item is of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

In case of a defect in the product- we would require clear parcel opening videos to process the return.

Damaged items with the original tags intact are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery. If there is no item available for exchange you can opt for any other items available with us which is equivalent to the purchase price. Please refer to refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number​

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please send WhatsApp messages on +61 417799487 with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”.

We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
